Trust Your Defense Case To A Former Prosecutor And Former Judge
It stands to reason that you can better understand your opponents after standing in their shoes. As a former Henry County state’s attorney, I know firsthand how the prosecution builds cases against my clients. I know how to identify and seize upon weaknesses in the prosecutor’s cases.
As a former judge, I also see criminal law cases from the perspective of the bench. I know which tactics are likely to sway judges and which they will frown upon. I have established excellent working relationships at all levels of the criminal justice system.
An Aggressive Approach That Gets Results
I believe in aggressively defending my clients and will work tirelessly to build a strong and persuasive case. A dismissal or not guilty verdict at trial is ideal and preferable to incarceration. As such, I will only negotiate a plea when that is the most realistic option and best for you, and then only at your direction. The decisions are yours to make. I will provide you with the sound legal guidance you need to make informed decisions about your critical legal matters.
Do not let criminal charges ruin your life. I will take every possible step to have your charges reduced or dismissed. I am committed to ensuring that the prosecutor meets the burden of proof and to building a resilient criminal defense strategy on your behalf.
Whether you are under investigation or have been arrested and charged with a federal or state crime, I have the experience and skills to successfully resolve your case. To learn more about my professional qualifications, please click on the link provided below.

Attorney Robert Bradfield (Of Counsel)
Let the lawyer who trained the prosecutors defend you!
A former prosecutor now defense attorney, with 27 years of experience in criminal law, I know what it takes to successfully defend criminal clients. I’ve trained attorneys and police on the legal issues that make-or-break criminal cases, such as probable cause to stop, search or seizure. I have personally handled thousands of criminal cases, resulting in an in-depth knowledge of the strategies, strengths and weaknesses of prosecutor’s cases and how to defend against them. Finding yourself facing a criminal charge is stressful and frightening. I will use my understanding of what goes on inside the courthouse and courtroom to guide you through your case.
Practice Focus: Operating while intoxicated (OWI/DUI), possession of drugs, driving while under suspension or barred, assaults (including domestics), thefts, criminal damage and traffic violations.
